Our Make Ready services relieve you of the tedious tasks to prepare any space in its best possible condition. We inspect all appliances (any or all refrigerators, stoves, microwaves, dishwashers, washer & dryer units), plumbing fixtures (any or all water heaters, garbage disposals & faucets), light fixtures (any or all light switches, thermostats & smoke detectors), and hardware (any or all cabinet pulls, doorknobs, closet rods, shower rods, ADA bars, toilet paper holders and towel hangers); deep clean flooring, all surfaces (any or all countertops, cabinets, tubs, showers, doors), side-wall or ceiling registers, and grills; replace all electrical plates, damaged blinds, light bulbs, and AC filters; make any minor drywall repairs (up to three 2” areas in diameter) and re-touch paint on only our repairs; touchup caulking in showers, all countertops, and sinks; AND reseal any natural stone countertops.
